Thanks for asking your query,as you have asked which one is the best engineering course , I want to explain you that course in engineering is chosen by student it cannot be superimposed on someone.Therefore you should look for your strong part or that subject which attracts you more or you enjoy doing that particular subject.As for today's generation CSE ,IT are the preferable choice.
So lastly you should make your own decision in chosing the course.

It is difficult to compare the courses of engineering .
It totally depends on person and their interest .
If some person have more interest in electrical then electrical is best for that person .
By analysising the placement record of various colleges computer science and engineering is the best .
