Actually there's nothing like "best" time. Some people study better in the morning when they've just woken up, but other people study best at night. So, the best time to study any subject, vary from person to person, for example I like to study physics at late night as for me I am easily able to focus and concentrate on studying at nights but my friend prefers reading at early morning but according to some study and surveys, it has been found that when students took classes in the morning they scored on average 7% more when tested in classes in the morning compared to attending classes in the afternoon, so you can prefer studying in morning as your mind is fresh during morning, but again it may vary for you . So you can study maths and physics any time as per your convenience .

Hello dear student,
The best time of studying any subject is the time when you think you can concentrate easily and without any distraction. Studying any subject is only meaningful when you studying it with full concentration otherwise the time is wasted and you are not able to grasp anything. so when you feel light and you feel like studying physics are you feel like studying maths and you can think you can concentrate very easily without any destruction there you goes they you can study easily and peacefully. There is no time as perfect time it's a new and it's in your will if you want to study with concentration. I hope this was helpful
