Firstly please don't compare these two legends ,it depend on a person how he enjoy his life ,many wants to become ias and many also wants to become doctor ,both are our helpers in different ways and like God for us ,we should not ask such questions ,it seems that we are disrespect them so next time think before it before posting .

Hope you doing well. See, we can't support one occupation as both are different fields and both have different works. Both have different preparations . So it's totally depends on your field of interest that in which field you have interest .

If you are interested in biology and you feel that you can devote yourself to that field then simply choose doctor field, as you may become doctor in armed forces, government doctor or many more. There is various opportunities in medical field also.

If you have interest in social affairs, geography , civics and you have the potential to serve as an ias then go for it.

See, if we see in the matter of money both the fields have good fees. Both are reputed fields.

So, it's your choice to decide either you want to become ias or doctor.
