The NCERT books are considered enough for preparation for competitive entrance exams. I would suggest you to first complete studying the NCERT books for class 11 and 12 for Physics, Chemistry and Maths. For Mathematics, use the following books-
• Higher Algebra by Hall & Knight
• Maths XI & XII by NCERT
• Co-ordinate Geometry by S. L. Loney
For Physics -
• Problems in General Physics by I.E. Irodov
• Fundamentals of Physics by Halliday, Resnick & Walker
• Concepts of Physics Vol I and II by H.C. Verma

Them u can do H.C verma too if u think u further need to clarify your concepts otherwise focus on practicing mcqs .
But for physics my suggestion is to use H.C.VERMA books
Hope it clears u r doubt
Best luck!!!!!!!
11th and 12th both should be referred to prepare for JEE Mains. It is because 11th contains the basics after which you can move on to 12th standard NCERT textbooks.
After completing NCERT textbook you can go for reference books available. There are many reference books available.
For Physics you can refer HC Verma volume 1 and volume 2. For Mathematics you can refer RD Sharma. For chemistry you can refer Chemical Calculations by RC Mukherjee or books by OP Tandon. But make sure that you complete NCERT first.
