For ECE, NIT Raipur is better than Goa because of better placements, infrastructure and Faculty.

The average package offered to the electronics and telecommunications branch is 7 LPA which is better than Goa (4-5 LPA). The placement rate is approximately 78.5%. Many companies like Wipro, Mahindra, Taxes Steel, Vedanta, etc., visit the campus for placements.

The infrastructure of the college is developing. Labs and classrooms are good for some departments. Overall, it is average. The speed of Wi-Fi is high. Medical facilities are provided. A supermarket and various food stalls or hubs are available on the campus itself.

The senior faculty members are helpful and knowledgeable. In the first year, they have the traditional teaching methods, but after that, powerpoint presentations are used for teaching. Industry exposure is provided. The teacher to student ratio is 1:15.

NIT Goa is comparatively newer than NIT Raipur and so it has a long way to go for improvement.





NIT Raipur has a very established reputation and the faculties are highly experienced, the overall academics are really helpful to the students.



Infrastructure of NIT Raipur is very impressive and the placements record have been great.





So if you have chhoice between these two for ECE, I suggest you to go for NIT Raipur.
