In the last one month, please don't study anything new or from new books. This is the time to revise.
Re-read your NCERT thoroughly especially for biology and to some extent chemistry.
I would suggest Allen handbooks at this point which cover all the important topics, formulae, questions etc. For all the chapters and subjects in a summarized manner. They are literally the size of your palm easy to go through everything that is important in a small span of time.
Please do a lot of question papers. There is a lot you can learn from those too.

The last leg of your NEET preparation is the most important of all. At this point, you should revise the concepts in all the subjects as well as practice previous years papers in mock format to develop time management skills and strategies to crack the exam.
