Hello Rohit,
To analyze the latest condition in the career market, if you have a degree from a well-known college than it has value. It doesn't really matter if you have BTECH + MBA/MTECH. The name of college matters a lot these days. Also the level of knowledge the candidate has.
But to answer your question, if you do Btech + Mtech in a field like IT, Comps or OFC than you may have an edge over others, else it would be a tough competition. And about BTech + MBA, if you have specialization in Finance, Marketing, operations either od these, it would be a better option.
I hope I was of help.

MBA is primarily for honing up the management skills needed to prepare for generalist roles in various non technical industries offering new opportunities for an otherwise technical person. On the other hand, an M.Tech offers good opportunities to take the technical qualifications to the next level thereby preparing the candidates for a sound and technologically strong career. While MBA opens up avenues like consultancy, finance, banking and similar fields which are not driven technologically, M.Tech candidates can get into technical fields as well as academic, research & development areas. Current trends show a preference of MBA over M.Tech by many of the engineering graduates. Many students feel that the advantage with an MBA is the wide range of opportunities in addition to a promising foundation for their career. It is also known that the difficulty levels and rigours are lesser with MBA degrees as compared to M.Tech. So you need to consider your interest and capability before choosing the same. Decide well. Good Luck!!!
