As it totally depends on your interest and passion. Do MBA if you are genuinely interested in management.



Also these days after MSc one can get really high packages. These days everyone does MBA. One can only get a decent package if you do MBA from top 50 institutes in the country. 90% of MBA these days are engineers .You should decide on the area you would like to make a  careers. If you are interested in technical job then persue M. Sc. After that you must clear the NET, JRF exam. MBA has more scope and is more attractive than MSc.

It is basically you choice of interest but in my opinion MBA after bsc is also a good choice.. people think that only commerce background students will suit for MBA but any graduate can opt for an MBA degree and amke their career.

First I would like to know your subject taken in graduation. Second I am suggesting few options you choose the one which best suit your desirability.

1) Do your pg in ur honours subject and take UGC NET.

2) You can apply for GRE exam and try to get scholarship to study abroad.

3) You can do MBA in HR only if you have passion. Or you can opt marketing and operations as your core subject. Because MBA from a reputed college obviously with good CAT score will definitely brighten your future.
