I believe besides the above institutes you should also consider Mechanical, Chemical and Production at BIT Mesra, which is one of the Best GFTIs . Following it you should prefer GKV Haridwar followed by GGU Bilaspur which are Old Technical Universities with good infrastructure and faculty. SLIET Longwal is another good institute, perhaps you might face issues regarding its location so prefer the former options.

If you are confused
Try comparing colleges , in sense of infrastructure, placement etc
You can use college predictor to know your chances in your desired college and feild
You can search and compare colleges also
