Hi Namrintham,

Both ranks will be considered by for TNEA counselling. If you belong to a particular then you will be allocated seats that are reserved for that particular community (namely BC, SC, ST, PWD etc.). For more clarifications about TNEA counselling, I suggest you refer the following site:
