which scholarship gives best ammount to b tech Student. I'm from up and pursuing my b tech in iiit surat. I'm obc category student so can't apply in up government scholarship scheme. What to do right now????

I believe being from OBC Category and studying at a National Institute like IIIT Surat, the institute will have some Merit cum Means scholarship scheme at par with Other IITs, NITs and IIITs. It is by far the best, most consistent and easily available scholarship scheme.
