Dear aspirant, You would not have to be the citizen of that state if you are applying for the private medical College, only government medical colleges demands domicile certificate as a proof to provide candidates of their state's students under 85% state quota category. Thus, if you are only applying for the private college you can apply for the same without any issue as all private colleges welcomes students from different states without any demands or domicile certificate.

Mam, as I know Maharashtra didn't offer any student from outside to their medical seat private or government. So that's why I am confused to which state to prefer.
