Hello,
You can only apply for 85% state quota seats for mbbs/bds for only the states you have domicile certificate/proof of or have passed 11th - 12th from.
However you are applicable for admissions through NEET in private medical and dental colleges throughout india (although some seats in private colleges are reserved for state students Eg - karnataka , majority of private colleges are open for students from all states)

So for which States can I fill the state counselling form of which I would want only private seats? I am not talking about Govt seats. pls help

you can fill that form for all states you are interested in, however you can fill maharashtra and karnataka forms as they have maximum medical and dental colleges at relatively less fees
