    Hello..

    Some of the states that allow open state counselling for students who does not have a specific state domicile would be Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamilnadu, Puducherry, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, West Bengal, Sikkim, Tripura, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, and Rajasthan.


    The open state counselling is for those students who have not kept a specific state,but there are advantages of state quota.
