If you can take science or commerce it be bether option
For math will help in Bsc computer
So I'm this way you can be soft engineering

For the sector of software engineering, you need to have knowledge about permutations, computer hardware and software, various OS and their operations, new technologies evolving currently and a lot more.
In short, after 10th standard it is required by you to take up PCM with either INFORMATICS PRACTICES OR COMPUTER SCIENCE; whichever you like if you wish to take up software engineering as your career
