You must have physics, chemistry and biology as compulsory subjects ( along with any other additional subjects) in 11th and 12th to be eligible to write NEET.

You need to choose Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Taking Maths will help you to do engineering or commerce. So take biology if you are interested in medical sector.
