Coming to private universities, its difficult to compare them as mostly all of them tend to be in the same way. But there are minor differences. Among these three I think Bennett is the best. Its much heard of for its excellence. You can keep Thapar as your second option. Hope this helps.

Bennet university is the best

It is not like other private universities in India. It's main aim is to grow big and to become a world class university. They will give you advanced head start towards becoming a proper and multifacted career in btech.
