https://www.examrace.com/GATE/ Has special sections for each of the engineering streams and you can find study material and last year papers of GATE here.
http://www.erforum.net/ Study materials are available for free here.
https://unacademy.com/ You will find the GATE study materials for free and guidance from different educators .
https://gradeup.co/ They have useful teat series for practice.
http://www.gatepsu.in/ You can ask for notes and it will be delivered to you by post or courier at a minimal price of photocopying.
