All candidates who have cleared NEET by clearing the minimum cut-off scores for their respective categories will be eligible to participate in counselling for Deemed and Central Universities as and when it is conducted by the DGHS. Candidates from Jammu and Kashmir, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu who are otherwise not eligible to participate in the 15% All India Quota counselling, will also be eligible to participate in the Deemed and Central University counselling.
