Who r eligible for aiima open round counselling? The one who is not in the merit list result can participate..??

Hi,
For open round counselling of AIIMS , those candidates are eligible who qualified AIIMS exam but didn't get a seat in counselling.
Generally for mop up round AIIMS releases a merit list which consist of names of students elligible for mop up. So if your name is not there in mop up list you are not eligible for mop up.
