whose name should be written on correspondence and permanent address while filling up upsee online counselling application form?

Hey there!
Both correspondence address and permanent address should be same but if you are residing in any other place.. You can give that address. Better give the address of the place where you are currently staying as it would be easy for them to get in touch with you. You can mention your name or your parents name in the address.
