The job at multinational company seems to be very you correctly but when a person joins the company they find it very troublesome and very boring because almost 50% companies all database technology companies and most of the work is computed as therefore there is no physical activities behind it and therefore people gets bored and life is not remain interesting therefore people choose to teach in a coaching and get a balanced life rather than just a boring life in any multinational companies also there is a factor that many teachers good very good rank in JEE advance and then choose to teaching because they are passionate about it is urgent joining unwillingly company the process that patient and teach in coaching and that's why they complete their goals.

It is there personel choice whether they want to work with private firm or want to to for startups or go in a teaching field,etc.

Teaching is one of the noble job and nowdays it is also the job with high perks and satisfaction.Actually after completing their degree they have many options on working with private firms but one of the problem working with private firms is that many person not able to get satisfaction with the job.

How a person pursues their career is specific to the interest of the person himself and it is not necessary that they go down the normal lane. If somebody has interest in teaching and not in 8-6jobs then it is their choice and perspective.
