why does Hydrogen bonding increase the boiling point of substance??

Hello Aspirant,

As hydrogen bond is very strong connective bond between two molecules, so it requires more amount of heat to break itself in comparison to other bonds.

If they require large amount of heat than obviously there boiling point will raise comparatively.
