Why fees at IIT-hyderabad is lower than other IITs like Guwahati & Indore? what is the specific reason?

Hi Vidyasagar,
The exact reason is not known. But it can because of the ranking of the college. IIT Guwahati and Indore have higher ranking than Hyderabad.
