Why has Career360 rated BITS Goa at AAA+ whereas BITS Hyderabad at AAAA+, the cutoff scores seems to prefer the other way...pls explain?

Every year Careers360 ranks and rates the Top Engineering Colleges in India.This ranking is based on factors like quality of students, research output, industry interface, publications, academic productivity and so on. And not just the cutoffs.
The major parameters are:-
1)Cut-offs of national / state level Entrance exams
2)Publication record from Elseviers indexing database - Scopus
3)Accreditation and Reward status
Thus these factors can vary year to year and generate ratings accordingly.
The main objective is to help students decide the top ranked colleges where they can seek admission. The parameters used to rank colleges are mostly relevant to aspirants and are pre-requisite for colleges for providing intellectual environment.
