Why notice release on du website state that candidate who does not have get college course so far can only apply in 8th cuttoff.

As per norms and protocol, authorities have decided to keep special round 8th List forbreserved category students who havent been alloted any cokkege so far.
Candidates whobstill not alloted in 8th cutoff shall have more chances for further rounds.
