Why notice released on du website state that candidate who doesn't get colleges so for can only apply.

Hey Avinash,
The reason behind this is that those students who does not get any college can take admission in du any branch but
students who have alloted in college with good branch , if they will not get any good branch in du then they will left du and the seat remains vacant so for this reason the rules comes.
