You haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless,  AP Medical Seats are categorised imto AU, SVU, OU areas. The cut oifs for various categories of these areas are as follows:



AU   SVU   OU



UR           533   517   526

BC           484   473   458

SC           427   403    395

ST           378   418    421





In this regards, 405 is a very less score. You might get Private Medical College, though.Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
