Yes Bsc graduation from any discipline is generally allowed to pursue Msc In field of their choice, however its not same across all colleges because some colleges shall have restricted course eligibility.
Students who qualify for eligibility criteria and qualifications setup for Institute you are applying shall get into Respective course.
