Will i get Admission in College of engineering chengannur . My keam rank is 27981, the previous cutt off is 29982?

Definitely you can get admission as previous year's cuttoff is higher than your rank. Also, dont entirely trust previous year's ranks to be 100% true, I myself have experienced this, as students are also admitted in spot admissions. Don't worry at all, you will get your desired branch, if not be CEE allotment, then by Spot admission.
