The general rank that you have got can get you admission in IET Lucknow in CSE branch, as your chances are good according to the cutoff for general rank in CSE for previous year(2019) which was 534. You can also get admission in IT branch easily.

CS branch - 14268 rank

IT - 16261 rank

These are closing rank of last round

So by observing the previous year's data, you can get seat.

However this is as per last year's data, cut off varies every year depending upon no of seats available, difficulty level of exam and so on
