Will I get ece at the jalpaiguri govt engineering college with 10031 rank in wbjee . If not please suggest other colleges.

With the rank you're mentioning I'm afraid you won't get any government engineering colleges let alone Jalpaiguri Government Engineering college but you can definitely look out for colleges under WBUT like
- Camelia Institute of Technology
- Calcutta Institute of Engineering and Management
- Hoogly Engineering and Technology college
- Budge Budge Institute of Technology
- IDEAL Institute of Engineering
- ABS Academy of Science Technology and Management
Apart from that if they have vacant seats in other colleges you may get that in the subsequent rounds of counseling

Sampriti please go through the cut off's of 2018 and then answer any questions because people want some serious stuff.

You should not rely only on the cutoffs as they change it very frequently in the subsequent rounds of counseling
Moreover you may also get Haldia Institute of Technology or Dr BC Roy college Durgapur
