Sorry to say but with 390 marks it's not possible to get a medical seat under OBC quota . You have to score more than 500 marks , for getting seat in state quota and more than 600 marks to get seat to get seat through All India quota,
If you are specific about MBBS then it's better to write the exams again or else you have many other opportunities in other fields rather than MBBS. I.e ., Pharmacy, B.sc agriculture , physiotherapy etc. I wish you all the best!

You marks are way too low to get govt MBBS college through AIQ counselling.
Last year cut off ranks for OBC category through AIQ counselling was AIR 15038 & marks 610+
So at your expected marks there is no chance of you getting govt college.
