As your percentile ,honestly you will not get mechanical engineering at NITRR. Congratulations you have qualified JEE main .Try another government college and state government colleges if you want to take admission in engineering sector this year . all the best

As with this percentile score your approximately rank will be more than 70 thousand.(may change depending upon april exam and strenght ).So you have to wait for exact ranking.

And with this rank it will be not possible to get admission in NIT Raipur with mechanical , for this you have to secure rank under 30000 for the safe position .

so i would suggest you to attempt april exam with proper preparation and score maximum as you can.

Since till now you only get the percentile in the JEE mains from the NTA authorities and by using the estimated formula you obtained rank will be approx to 74 k with the help of estimated formula like : ( 100 - Your obtained percentile ) * 874669 / 100  , where 874669 is the total number of Candidate's appeared for the JEE mains January session. So till now you have to wait until the cuttoff for the various categories will going to release , which is going to be released at the end of the completion of JEE mains April session and after that only you can be able to fetch the department based upon the cuttoff.
