Will it be wise to take admission in AIIMS Nagpur or Guntur or drop for a year since I'm not getting a government college through NEET.

Aiims has got central funding and a good brand name attached to it. I would suggest you to grab the opportunity as you don't know the probabilities of the next year.. you may prepare simultaneously and appear next year as well
