No,your mark is not afected.Because you give a exam second time then your mark is new and your marksheet also new and different,So don't worry letest result considered.But that is your choice that which marks in consider. Because you get a admission on which marks considered by you.

No, there will be no effect of JEE-Main 2022 result on your JEE 2023 ranking or result because both will be separate and even your result of JEE-Main 2022 will become invalid in 2023 because it is only valid till one academic year from the date of declaration.
So you don't have to worry for it both will have separate results and they will not be interlinked in any way to each other.
