will my money be refunded if iam allocated a seat in csab 2nd round and I don't opt for the seat?

Hello

As per the latest update, if you do not get a seat the fees will be refunded after a minor deduction. However if you have been allocated a seat in th especial round nd you are not accepting that seat then no fees will be refunded.
