Will that 323 seats as per esic seat matrix 2019 in esic medical colleges be given to students other than ward of ip's ?????

Dear Nanni, the IP quota of ESIC Medical Colleges is filled through All India Quota alone in Mop up round. If these 323 seats are not filled during the Mop Up round, these seats are then transferred back to the respective States and thesw seats are filled according to the State Counselling regulations. Then they are filled in regular norms of State Counselling but they are  no more reserved for wards of IP quota.

But last year it came along with round 1 & 2 right??
This year why only with mop up ?? Is there any chance to release esic round 1 or round 2 lists ....like that??
