Will the college give me permission to change college from jntu to ou affiliate college in case that my house is far away and some personal religion problems? If not then, can u give some tips so that I can change it without paying four year fee?

Department of Technical Education Telangana release the application for transfer request from an institute to another within the same affiliated institute. You can get transferred from one institute to another within the same affiliated institute but you cannot appeal for transfer from one institute to different affiliated institute. Transfer can be done on medical grounds, Transfer of parents serving in state/central government, closure of college or course in the institute. Based on this you cannot apply for transfer from JNTU to OU affiliated institute as there is no such provision to apply for transfer. If you do not want to study in JNTU you may discontinue the course and seek admission in to the institute in which you want to study by appearing for entrance examination or admission this year.
