Will the seats be vacated at Thapar during first in person counselling? Should I go if the it shows 0 vacancies now?

I would like to advise you to have a talk with the college authorities first before you reach there. Since it is a private college, there are chances of concessions and relaxations and they may consider if one of the seats have been vacated by other candidates
