Hello,

Nift conducts multiple rounds of councelling. Many seats are left vacant after the first round of councelling. The answer to your question is yes. Nift does offer the vacant nri seats from the first round of councelling to the candidates in the second round of councelling. But as the number of such seats is really low. So only the one who is lucky enough gets that seat.

Hope this helps

Good luck
