Yes according to government of India articl 15 amedment thbill is passed
Dear Diya, the State Governments are slowly accepting the Bill and the Cenyral Government has mentioned that it will be implemented from this Accademic Year. It has been levied upon the Syate Governments to define the 'Backwardness' among the upper castes and the mechanism to implement the bill. So, hopefully, it should begin its implementation this year.
