Dear Diya, the State Governments are slowly accepting the Bill and the Cenyral Government has mentioned that it will be implemented from this Accademic Year. It has been levied upon the Syate Governments to define the 'Backwardness' among the upper castes and the mechanism to implement the bill. So, hopefully, it should begin its implementation this year. If you belong to this category, we would suggest you to keep the documents ready.
