Will there be open counselling in aiims?

hey dear, yes there will be an open couselling for aiims.Students who apply for this and those who are eligible but cant able to attend 1,2 counselling due to some reasons who paryicipate in this,seat alloted acc..to Aiims rank.Those who have good rank are supposed to apply first.
