As you didn't specified any courses so as if you choose ayurved then for this course BAMS is best. But if we compare in terms of courses like dentistry then BDS is best. As if you see then BAMS is more popular for this courses as BAMS is not only in India but also in foreign countries. BAMS is is comparatively quite a good fieldS than BDS .
