With govt quota form can we apply for govt quota in self financing colleges...or else management quota form should be needed?

it depends upon the college that which QUOTA does it accepts, as far as I know, the military and army quota are the one and only quota that is acceptable in every college.
if you are not from this quota, take form management quota, fill it and block your seat before it gets filled.
