Hello aspirant
Firstly, believe in yourself. Keep your motivated and avoid laziness! Getting into AIIMS Delhi is surely not easy, but not impossible too!
When it comes to the syllabus, here are a few things you should keep in mind-
1. Refer to only NCERT- for Biology, Chemistry and Physics as well. A few topics might be out of syllabus but through PYQ’a you can have a firm grip on those too.
2. Solve PYQ’s thoroughly. Many questions in the NEET exam are repeated. Also, they give you a fair idea about the important topics and what kind of questions can be asked in the exam
3. Take up mock tests. Time yourself and analyse your mistakes and weak points. Work on them gradually.
4. In Chemistry, do not ignore chapters like Polymers, Biomolecules and Chemistry in Everyday Life as atleast 1-2 questions are sure-shot ones from these chapters.
5. Practice and keep revising!
6. When it comes to Physics, stick to clearing the basic concepts. Do not leave out chapters like Ray Optics, Kinematics and Semiconductors. Atleast 2-3 questions are sure shot questions which can be asked from these chapters. Solving as many MCQs and PYQs for physics is what will take you far and strengthen your subject knowledge.
All the best!

Dear Aspirant,
According to previous trends, a score of 665+ would be safe to get into AIIMS Delhi as you have an EWS certificate.
Hoping best for your future.
Hello there,
Hope you are doing well,
According to the previous year's cut off trends candidates from OBC/SC/ST category required minimum 40-45th percentile to qualify for admission in MBBS in government collegse. Accordingly your score should be around 550-580+ to get admission in AIIMS. Since AIIMS is one of the finest Institutes to study medicine in India, it has very limited seats of around 125 seats and due to increasing demad the cut off keeps on increasing every year.

The above-mentioned cutoff is of 2022.
Hope this helps you.
Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing well,
Prediction of cut off marks or cut off rank for particular college can be difficult since it keeps changing every year. However looking at previous year's cut off trends, candidates from general category required to score minimum 650-680+ marks for admission in MBBS in Maulana Azad Medical College (Delhi). This means your percentile in NEET should be 90th-95th. Since this college has very limited seats and it is one of top medical colleges in India, the competition for admission in this colleges increases every year.

The infrastructure is good but old as AIIMS was established in 1956. However, there is a huge scope of improvement in infrastructure with respect to digitalization, modernized classrooms, and pedagogy mechanisms.
While the overall college structure is good but for optometry department is worst because there is no particular class room, no wet lab for practice , lack of communal area for student collaboration, differentiation in mess facility , no dedicated canteen area, no wifi facility
AIIMS is India most prestigious institute. Infrastructure is world class. Every facility is available like classrooms, library, separate hostel for boys and girls. 24*7 wifi facility is available. Latest technology in medical field will be available .
