All India Institute of Medical Sciences Jammu admissions are offered to MBBS programmes. AIIMS Jammu admissions selection process is done through the performance of the candidate in the entrance examination. AIIMS Jammu MBBS admissions are done through the NEET examination conducted by NTA.
The qualified candidates must then attend the AIIMS Jammu counselling process. Candidates must meet the AIIMS Jammu eligibility criteria before applying for admissions. The details of the AIIMS Jammu admission procedure and application process are given below.

At the undergraduate level, AIIMS Jammu offers only one course which is MBBS. The duration of the AIIMS Jammu MBBS programme is 5.5 years.

The candidates who meet the AIIMS Jammu MBBS eligibility criteria should appear and qualify for the NEET-UG examination conducted by NTA.
The candidates must meet the AIIMS Jammu NEET cutoff to be able to participate further in the admission process.
Seats will be allotted based on the candidate's performance in the NEET counselling examination.
Students need to report for the MCC counselling process on the date and time as communicated by AIIMS Jammu.
Finally, document verification will be done followed by AIIMS Jammu fee payment.
AIIMS Jammu NEET results 2024 along with the NEET final answer key 2024 has been released by the NTA on June 4, 2024. To check the NEET results 2024 candidates can visit the neet.nta.ac.in or neet.ntaonline.in and click on the scorecard link. Candidates need to fill in their application number along with the date of birth to see the NEET results 2024.

Online generated Relieving letter (through MCC portal) from the institute/college admitted to, in the 1st round of counselling.
Caste Certificate showing that you belong to Schedule Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ OBC (NCL)/ EWS category (Applicable only if you have claimed in your application that you belong to that category).
PwD Certificate from designated Disability Centers as per MCC guidelines.
2 sets of photocopies of the above documents (self-attested).
Current Passport size photograph (front-facing) 8 copies.
Note: All the candidates must carry original copies of all the above mentioned documents.

A total of 62 seats are offered for AIIMS Jammu MBBS admissions.
