Yes my college have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. In my classroom we have wifi and smart boards. We have sports centre as well. Our library is very big with e books facilities.and well maintained.

There is no placement from this university temporarily. You have to find internships and placements of your own. University administration is working on this and maybe in the next couple of years, placement will be done from here.
