The infrastructure is good but too old. No renewation is done. The Wi-Fi works slow. The classrooms are small. We do not have enough space. The hostel is also very small. The students are nice and friendly. We all spend time together after classes. The food is fine.

The teachers are helpful and understand our problems. They guide us, too. They tell us to work hard and prepare for other exams too. They teach the course well. It is quite easy. The semester exams are also very easy and you can clear them by studying one night before the exams.

No placement is provided. They only provide degrees and have no placement opportunities. We have to go for higher studies or prepare for competitive exams. The private schools come sometimes but offer a very low salary. At this time, this course is not worth it. The market is filled with PhD. degrees.

Staffs are helpful

Things like better equipment and modern facilities would really help improve the overall experience of the college . The location in Shimla is beautiful, but the buildings feel old and could be better maintained.

Academics of HPU is very strong. The teachers are knowledgeable and the MBA program is well-structured. I felt the curriculum was balanced between theory and practical learning, and I gained a lot of useful insights throughout my time here.

The placement It’s not as competitive as bigger universities, but if you’re proactive and work hard, you can land a good placement. There’s definitely potential to bring in more companies to boost opportunities.

HPU offers affordable MBA program compared to other universities. considering the infrastructure, it feels like there could be more value for the fees paid. If invested more in improving facilities, it would be a much better return on investment

The college infrastructure very beautiful and it is located in one of the hills of Shimla which is know as summer hills. The view and it is located in the center of the mountains and the surroundings it so peaceful.

The have multiple courses and a wide range of the courses which they provide as it is an central university so it is very interesting to study and the quality of the education is also very great and interesting.

They don't have any good record for the placement but it is the central university of the state himachal Pradesh and they have placements for few courses like B.tech and in managements only MBA and BBA.

This university is the largest university of the himachal Pradesh so there are events are held during different times of the year and also concerts are also held over here and due to large population social life is also increased.

Our department has a mini-auditorium, GD room, conference hall, computer lab, photostat room, and Wi-Fi access. In my university, all kinds of facilities are provided, such as wi-fi, lab, classroom, library, medical, sports and games, etc.

Teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is useful, however it lacks industrial and practical experience. Teachers at universities are well qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they advise students well for relevant subjects.

our college boasts good infrastructure. classrooms have Wi Fi services. labs have all the equipments required for use. we have one huge library with well organized books. hostels are cleaned and well maintained but food is not good.

studying BCA has helped me gain knowledge about computer science and application skills. teaching wuality here is above average. curriculum here is updated with latest trends but still keeping in touch with basics of past also.

our college emphasizes academics and does not offer placements. but students can gain good enough knowledge to choose better option in future. here main focus is on providing a strong academic foundation for computer science.

our college has good enough equipments which fulfills the requirements some tools are not up to date but it is manageable. there are labs and classes with good equipments. Wi Fi services and sports centres are not maintained really well.

Studying BBA here has helped me gain some theoretical knowledge of the subject but there still some drawbacks in practical knowledge because we are not getting much hands on experience. This is good for getting basic knowledge but not enough for getting job ready.

we are not provided with any placement opportunities since there main focus is on academics only. for undergrad students there are no placements you can opt for that outside the campus. this is a huge drawback which most of us had to face.

i am currently doing masters of rural development from himachal pradesh university shimla. i have opted for this particular course because i want to know and explore the various aspects and problems of the rural people of india.

this university is provideing good enough placements for many of its courses but unfortunaterly our department does not provide any in campus or off campus placements for students and also this department lacks a proper and dedicated placement cell for the placements of students

campus life of this college is quite tough as the student have to come from very far from hostel to university

the infrastructure of himachal pradesh university shimla is very good but it is not up to the mark for an university . also it is situated in the outside the main town of shimla and have lack of access to basic aminities nearby .

i am currently studying masters of business administration from the himachal pradesh university shimla . i have opted for this particular course because i have intrest the management and wants to study the various aspects of this.

although the himachal; pradesh university shimla provides good placement for many courses but unfortunately this course is not one of them. also it does not have any specific degree cell. and placements are also average.

from value of money it is just average
